This is an adult alternative to smoking, not a product for minors. You must be 21 or older to enter our stores. Tennessee state law requires it. We take age verification seriously at every register, every visit.

From the Shop to the Capitol
Policy works better when the people affected by it take part. This footage documents Sevier Vapor's participation with TSFA during consideration of HB 968 and SB 763.
One shop can raise a concern. A statewide association can carry that concern to the Capitol.
The legislation later became Public Chapter 324. We remain involved as vapor policy moves from proposal to implementation.
